RPM Partners With Grandson On XX Resistance Fund

In partnership with RPM, grandson launched XX Resistance – a branded fund and movement connecting grandon’s fans (aka grandkids) with the charities and social movements that they are passionate about.
XX Resistance aims to empower fans to participate in the fight for social good and to get involved in causes they care about through events, brand partnerships, and collaborations with charities and organizations across the world.
Throughout grandson’s 2018 tour, fans were connected to organizations doing powerful local electoral work and encouraged to get involved either via signing up or making a donation. Fans had the opportunity to interact personally with these organizations at each tour stop through a meet and greet with grandson at the show.
To wrap up the tour and to hit the goal of $5000 raised for the XX Resistance beneficiaries, grandson launched a sweepstakes in partnership with RPM. By contributing to the sweepstakes, fans are automatically entered for a chance to win prizes including signed merch and a 10-minute FaceTime with grandson and his cat Andy. Other funds for XX Resistance have been raised from direct fan donations at the meet and greets, special merch items (like the items on this page) and more. In addition, grandson plans to make a matching donation at the close of the campaign.
